Mrs. Emily Lou Woods born March 18, 1948 to Mr. Earl Baker McKinnie and Lillie Lee McKinnie in Hardeman County, TN.

She accepted Jesus Christ into her at an early age of life and later became an active member of Healing Hearts Church. Where she remained a faithful member until her death. Under the leadership of her daughter Apostle Latese Woods Jones & Bishop Jeffery Jones. She worked for and retired from Industrial Work of over 45 years.

She was preceded in death by her late husband Lee Chester Woods; her mother and father: Earl B. McKinnie and Lillie Lee McKinnie; four sisters: Idellar Brown Murden, Flossie Jeans, Lillian Neelyand Lucille McKinnie; two brothers: Early McKinnie, Robert (Thelma) McKinnie.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories one loving daughter: Apostle Latese (Jeffrey) Jones of Bolivar, TN; one loving son: Ederick Woods of Bolivar, TN; one very special step son: Olando (Stephanie) Chappel of Lagrange, GA; a grandchild that she helped raise as her own. Tatyanna Ederica Woods of Bolivar, TN; three sisters: Vandella Hall of Nashville, TN , Visie Mckinnie Kemp,
and Mary Mckinnie of Memphis, TN; two brothers: John Albert McKinnie and Fougie McKinnie of Grand Junction, TN; three sisters-in-law: Thelma Mckinnie, Rosie A. Mckinnie, of Memphis, TN, and Rosie P Mckinnie of Grand Junction, TN; fourteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; other relatives, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and her church family.
